The spirit of generosity is shining bright in Athens, Texas! Padres Place is deeply honored to be selected as the first recipient of First State Bank’s 90th Birthday “9 Weeks of Giving” campaign, receiving a $1,000 donation to support our ongoing mission of recovery, compassion, and hope.
A Community That Cares
Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of meeting with the amazing team from First State Bank, who visited our facility to present the donation in person. Their kindness and support reflect the true heart of Athens — a community that looks out for one another and believes in the power of second chances.
We’re especially grateful to First State Bank for recognizing the importance of local organizations working on the front lines of recovery. Their donation will help us continue providing vital services to adults battling substance use disorder, offering them a safe space and structured support to rebuild their lives with dignity.
